The next part of the journey to Ravi's village was hiking up mountains for four hours. Almost the entire way was up. It was tough trekking but beautiful and well worth it. There is actually a road being built up to the village (perhaps complete by now), which will definitely bring changes, perhaps the most positive benefit being quicker access to medical care in an emergency.
