Tavo still talks about this parade and the throws he received. A woman walked up to him and handed him a coconut (coconuts are the most sought after Zulu parade throw). Magdalena got tons of stuffed animals and a toy sword, which we passed on to her brother. And they both got lollipops from guys on horses. Tio Jason (who is living with us) helped out with the kids. But we didn't last the whole parade...and Nena fell asleep on the walk back home.
